Running and rambling in DC will cover my ups and downs as I work towards new PRs and pushing myself to keep working out….even on lazy days and busy days and rainy days and sunny days. I suspect I’ll share some great weeks and others where each workout is a struggle. Either way I look forward to sharing them with you!
